Differentiate and apply the roles of clinical supervision, treatment supervision, and administrative supervision within school settings, including establishing informed consent processes, clarifying supervisory relationships, supporting the use of clinical judgment, and navigating collaboration with district leadership and direct supervisors. 2. Integrate social work ethics, values, and best practices into supervision and service delivery, including grounding decisions in ethical practice, advocacy, relationships, counseling skills, documentation standards, and the translation of student needs and IEP goals into meaningful therapeutic interventions and supports. 3. Develop supervision practices that foster clarity, engagement, and professional growth, including recognizing that resistance is often rooted in a lack of clarity, understanding the overlap between treatment and clinical supervision, supporting staff through change and transition, and utilizing supervision as a tool for reflective practice, accountability, and continuous improvement.
